"The residents and the staff members at The Bristol community are very friendly and we enjoy the variety of activities they offer. They have different board games like Rummikub, different painting classes, craft classes and group discussions." Anonymous (SeniorAdvisor.com)
"It's like a cruise ship that hasn't left the dock yet. The Bristol has done a very good job at adapting to the pandemic. It's a place for people who want to come in and be taken care of. The general staff is excellent." MKB (SeniorAdvisor.com)
"The community feels like a resort. The rooms are spacious in the apartments." Jean L. (SeniorAdvisor.com)
"I think we've been to The Bristol a few times already. The physical appearance was fantastic, especially the fourth floor was looking out over to the back and a large patio where you can see the woods. It was just beautiful and the apartments were reasonably sized. The staff was very cooperative. They kept in touch with us but didn't bother us. They've been very attentive but not pushy. We also tried the food and we enjoyed it. They had a movie theater and an exercise area. It was very comfortable and several people were very nice enough to let us go into their apartments, and they're very generous in sharing their thoughts. They all had a very positive attitude." William
"Great staff, beautiful community and great amenities." Gary J. (SeniorAdvisor.com)

"The Bristol gives peace of mind and reduces the stress of living alone. Can be by yourself and have privacy but know you're safe and taken care of. Relieves the stress of bills, grocery shopping, getting sick etc.. Friendly staff and neighbors, good cleaners and nurses/aids. People around you can relate to and from relationships with." Nina S. "Amazing place with friendly and helpful managers. Outstanding apartment with balcony, in-room washer and dryer, large living room and bedroom, walk-in closet and storage. Love the outdoor settings and trail along the Olentangy river. Do not cook much any more, but full kitchen if someone wants to." Judy B.
"I am treated like an independent living resident here. My apartment is bigger than where I was previously, the staff are very warm, friendly, and accommodating. There are a lot of activities provided as well for residents. The administrative staff is great, which is important because it all starts at the top. The food here is chef prepared and I enjoy it. I would recommend to others who are looking." Anonymous (SeniorAdvisor.com)

Thank you so much for thinking of us with the Valentine’s treats. Such a nice surprise! And so delicious!
When Dick and I came home from running errands yesterday, Rachael’s car was in our driveway and she was just then delivering the goodies to our doorstep. She was so adorable as she greeted us and shared the fact that she was from The Bristol. That was such a caring, kind gesture from your facility. Thanks to you and Rachael—and will you pass along our thanks to others responsible for our treat.
Looking forward to seeing you again later next month!" Diane S.
"Carrie, thanks so much for these updates. They are extremely helpful. Linda and Cecil have had nothing but positive things to say about Bristol and are so appreciative of how kind everyone is and all the efforts to drop off in-room activities, snacks and drinks, etc.
And before the quarantine, they were so impressed (me too!) that you had activities - outside fire pit and music, painting class, boxing, outside excursions (I hear about them all!) - despite the fact there was less than a handful of residents at the facility thus far. I don’t think many places would have gone to the trouble and expense with so few people living there.
My mom reports it appears there are going to be some amazing Christmas decorations and she’s excited about that, too.
Just wanted to pass along the feedback. It makes me so happy that they’re happy. Thanks for everything, Carrie, and please convey my appreciation to your staff as well." Lisa
"Outstanding people and staff!" Andrew C.
"Beautiful facility, Chef Bradley Balch is a true class act." N Mac
"I am so excited to see your community when we are able to. It will be such a great option for patients. I am so happy that Carrie will be the ED as well. She is amazing and so great to work with. Please let us know if we can do anything for you." Betsy F.
"I am so glad we chose Traditions for Mother's memory care! The staff there is wonderful. Everyone from maintenance, to the chef, nursing, concierge, etc. has been so helpful and friendly. Mother has embraced her new friends (staff and residents) and is truly happy. Who could ask for more?" Sunny C.
"I've never been more blown away than I was by the passion the Traditions staff displayed throughout this process." Josh K.
"I can't begin to thank each and every one of you gals for how wonderfully you took care of my sister, Dorothy. She loved each of you and this lovely home. You all have a very special place here and do great work. Dorothy loved you all." Bill & Jan B.

"Our family is very pleased with my father's move to this community. It is a very nice place with great people. We know he is safe and receiving great care. I do not live in the same state, but I have gotten nothing but positive reports from our family. It is an excellent community and I would recommend it." Anonymous (APlaceForMom.com)

"I felt I should make the change. I was getting older, my husband and I are getting older, I have a big home. And so I thought I should make that change. And I saw this building going up and what I saw I liked. Opening day, I came and I fell in love with it. From the management all the way down, absolutely great.
The chapel I do appreciate having because I visited it the other day and they have a mass every last Friday of the month. I look forward to that and that's a nice feeling right there. And if I have nothing better to do, I walk up to the chapel and there's always someone there having a service. That's a nice feeling, too." Dot H.
"Everyone treats our loved one like family. We are so glad we made the move!" Anonymous (internal questionnaire)
"It was harder for me to get around and i couldn't drive. And so my niece and I decided, it was time for me to find a place where I could have companionship. I just love getting up and coming to the restaurant and having something to eat and not having to worry about my food and the weather of getting out and doing the dishes." Virginia O.
Thanks for making our first week so great! Everyone has went above and beyond." Eva, Teresa, Steve, Mike, Leo (some of our first residents)
"I feel she is safe. They are so patient with our loved ones. The get the residents involved. The staff call residents by their names. They smile and say hello. It takes special people to work with memory care people. They are that special. I can sleep! Max442033 (caring.com)
